Correct for net peptide content
Powder weight includes counter-ions and water. If the COA lists net peptide content, enter it for the true peptide concentration.

How it works
Concentration is the peptide mass divided by the solvent volume, so 5 mg in 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, which is the same as 2.5 µg in every µL. The volume to pipette is the amount you need divided by that concentration: 250 µg at 2.5 µg/µL is 100 µL.
Lyophilized peptide powder is not 100% peptide. Counter-ions such as acetate or TFA and residual water typically make up a noticeable share of the weight, which is why the net peptide content correction matters for accurate work. See purity vs net peptide content, and reconstitution for lab use for choosing a solvent.
